PREPARATION :

The LARA ETHNICS X INSY team does everything possible to prepare and send your order as quickly as possible.

Your package will be dispatched on the same day as your order if it is placed before 12:00 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, the preparation of your order may take up to 72 hours.

DELIVERY :

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method chosen, the amount of the order, the weight of the package and the destination.

Delivery times are given as an indication only.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be informed of its progress.

Metropolitan France :

-Delivery in express relay point GLS+ (24H-48H), 3,90€. Delivery is free for orders over 95€.

-GLS+ express home delivery (24H-48H), 3,90€. Delivery is free for orders over €95.

Europe :

-Express home delivery GLS+ (48H-72H), 7,90€. Delivery is free for orders over 195€.

In case of delivery outside of France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

International :

-DHL+ express home delivery (48H-72H), 29,90€. Delivery is free for orders over 295€.

In case of delivery outside of France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

DROM :

-DHL+ express home delivery (48H-72H), 29,90€. Delivery is free from 295€ of purchase.

In case of delivery outside of Metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.

RETURNS :

Items on sale, promotions, private sales, will not be exchanged or refunded. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Returns from France and European Union countries:

The LARA ETHNICS X INSY team accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of your order from France and European Union member countries.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your items. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Damaged items or items without labels will not be refunded.

Returns in France are free of charge, once your return request has been validated, you will receive a return shipping label to send your package back.

Returns from countries outside the European Union:

The LARA ETHNICS X INSY team does not accept returns from countries outside the European Union.

Making your return request:

In order to return an item, you must make a return request:

-Go to your personal space on our e-shop

-Go to the section: my order history and details

-Select the order you wish to return

-Click on details

-Select the products you wish to return and indicate the reasons for the return

-Print the return form and attach it to your order

-Specify if you wish to receive a refund or a credit note for future orders.

Returns in France are free of charge, once your return request has been validated, you will receive a return shipping label to send your package back.

REFUND / CREDIT NOTE :

After reception of your return and verification of the condition of the returned item(s) by our logistics team, we offer you the choice between :

- A credit note in the form of a discount voucher valid for one year on the entire LARA ETHNICS X INSY website.

- A refund (minus the initial shipping costs) to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
